Received my MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 and was relieved and happy with the condition. It came packaged well with an Apple charger. It looks practically brand new with only one small scratch that only I could see because I examined it thoroughly. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, please don’t be and trust Back Market. The MacBook Pro (2021) 16.2-inch was delivered on time and as described.The unit came with a protective case & keyboard skin which I was pleasantly surprised about. I was glad to see that the screen is in excellent condition with no issues. The one item that gave me a concern was when opening the delivery box, I noticed that while the computer was very well protected, the power supply was apparently packed loose, and wedged in the corner of the box with the USB-C cord plugged in and bent over. I was relieved to find that supply & cord appear to be working fine. Y'all this laptop quality is superb. Definitely happy with this purchase. Not sure what the issue even was with it before to cause it to be refurbished. Plus it's just a good laptop. my macbook came to me in pristine condition. Very impressed. MacBook looks nearly brand new, maybe a few flecks of dust is all I have noticed. Huge upgrade from my old MacBook and saved nearly $600 compared to Mac's refurb pricing on their official web page. I was a bit nervous purchasing from Back Market as it was my first order from them...that concern was not needed. Will definitely be getting all future tech purchases from this site. Will see how the process goes with sending in my old MacBook Pro. ** Update - sending in my old MacBook Pro was a breeze. I used the packaging from the "new" MacBook Pro I received from Back Market. Free shipping label, got full price on the return and money in my account. The offer was generous (about 40$ more than apple was offering). Basically got a new MacBook Pro for less than 1k after all said and done. Looking forward to getting my next tech from Back Street. MacBook is solid, only sign of usage is on the keyboard. HOWEVER, a wrong charger and cable is included.
