Bought this to replace the first laptop from Back Market that failed. This is actually the correct unit, but the battery is completely dead. Useless laptop. I'm completely understanding of issues with refurbished electronics,but after spending over $1000 I still have no working computers and no help at all from Back Market. Three strikes, I'll never buy from Back Market again and neither should you.

I dont think my product used. That how great this company's partners are. This system arrived in pristine condition. It was ready to update to win 11 right out of the box. The system itself is a versatile laptop gaming in 4k for games before 2021 at 60fps. 1080p of course 80fps plus.
