Motorola Moto G (3rd gen) • Unlocked

It's a good phone, for it being refurbished and only $45. It is in good condition, and it does what I need it. I do have one complaint, however, and that is that when I received it in the mail, the charger that came with it is a dud. Other than that, it was fine.

My T-mobile sim card did not fit, so went to T-mobile store for new sim card. New sim card did not work and T-mobile said phone was not unlocked as advertised. Liked the phone, but had to return it.

Phone what brand new and I haven't had any problems with it yet. They were quick and they were friendly and they were very inexpensive. I would use them again

The product itself was fine. Esthetically, it was as advertised. However, the phone was advertised as compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T. According to the compatibility check tool on both carrier websites, this phone (based on the IMEI code) is NOT compatible with their cell services. I have reached out to BackMarket and the Seller. I have yet to hear from either company.

Satisfied with the purchase.. But it takes a little time to load my fantasy team
