Shipping was delayed, so it took a long time to get here. Once it did, there were a lot of things wrong with the phone: the enclosed charger didn't work for it, but I owned a charger that did, so I was willing to overlook that; then the charging port is a bit dodgy and doesn't hold the plug well, and I was even willing to overlook that. Finally, it would not read SIM cards- replaced and tested with a different phone, so it was definitely the new phone.
