Motorola Razr 5G - Black - T-Mobile

I had the RAZR 5G already but had dropped it and broke the front screen. With the supply chain issue trying to get it repaired wasn't going to happen. Also, for only a little bit more I basically got a brand new phone then what it would have cost me to repair. I was already a T-mobile customer so having a locked phone didn't bother me. I took this to the T-mobile store and they had me switched in about 30 minutes. So far I am very happy with the product provided through Back Market.

Essentially, I got a brand new Motorola Razr without the box and earbuds, for less than half of retail! The phone arrived in perfect condition in a basic safety bag, no scratches, scrapes, dings, etc. I did a full factory reset and then I set it up without issue. I waited a week to do this review to see if anything would bug out or be faulty, but nope! Probably an open-box return, this thing is perfect.

Device was as advertised. Folding screen was in excellent condition. No trouble with network setup.

I sent the phone back. My t mobile Sim card didn't work. I got a new Sim and that didn't work. I contacted t-mobile customer service a few times . NOTHING WORK. I ALSO GOT THR PHONE UNLOCK THAT DIDNT WORK EITHER. I SENT THE PHONE

Gets too hot, vendor never returned phone despite waiting nearly a year for it.
