Phone came in perfect condition well that’s what I thought I’d call it almost perfect the microphone didn’t detect any sound so google assistant was useless and so were the audio messages system due to mic problems would I give it another chance yes most definitely the switch to this phone from my iPhone 12 was just extraordinarily amazing great experience on the other side the grass really is greener on the other side

It was not unlocked. It was locked to ATT. I went to Verizon and they gave me a $800 credit toward a new Samsung Flex6 and a Samsung tablet to boot. The Samsung phone is superior as the frame is made of aluminum whereas the Motorola had a plastic frame. I love my flex phone and many people who have seen it said they want to get one.

The service/mailing went real well. Was disappointed no manual or even a quick guide came with the phone. The phone is extremely slippery. You must have a good grip or you lose it. If you set it down on almost any surface, it will slide off.

The service from Back Market was outstanding. First, the immediate response to almost all inquiries was impressive to say the least. In doing so they did it with professionalism and sometimes humor. Certainly a much different company from anything I have every experienced. There was no negativity. No lies (none that I have seen in any case). All Customer Service was spot on. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Back Market but rather the seller of the case I had to buy for it. The advertised it as Genuine Leather when in fact it was plastic. In addition the seller of the phone did not send a charger costing me in excess of $25 to have to purchase one from out of pocket from Best Buy. Neither of these issues reflect on BM but rather the sellers. Still haven't seen a charger or refund for it nor so from the seller of the case. So my satisfaction lies with BM and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Will certainly look forward to working with them in the future.

Battery is still getting hotter than I'd like.
