Galaxy A10 32GB - Blue - Unlocked

I ordered an A10 but received an A10e. They gave me a $10 refund. I like the A10e. The one problem I had was out of my own ignorance, I removed the back of the phone to insert a new SIM card. It wasn't easy to do, but once I did, there was nowhere to put it. I then googled for a video on how to install a SIM in the Galaxy A10e and discovered you needed a little tool to insert into a small hole to pop out a SIM tray. Since my phone did not come with the tool, I used an earring to do it. The phone works great and I am very happy with it, but I did scratch up the casing by removing the back. I'm just relieved that I didn't break the phone.

Product returned. Listed as Galaxy A10, but it was a Galaxy A10e. Phone was bought specifically for my father-in-law who needs it for a pacemaker app from Medtronic. The app has compatibility with A10, but not A10e, so it is useless to him. The phone itself was indeed in Mint condition and looked and worked as expected.

Phone is a bit slow, but works fine. Makes calls, sends texts, plays most games, music, etc.

Not completely satisfied. I get my messages a little late, I never dealt with that before
