Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 128GB - White - Unlocked

Perfect condition, in perfect operating order. My 5 or 6th purchase of refurbished phones from Back Market, each one in ideal condition. They all work great up until batteries stop holing charge as well, which is usually around year 3. Fine by me, Im ready to upgrade to newer model by that point. Ill never pay full price for a phone, again. A+ Products, Service, Support!

It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look. the device looks and performs like I was hoping for. so far so good. I will update after a few months of use. the phone is good but I am disappointed with the camera. it is nothing like my samsung s23 in taking pictures. I want to return it and upgrade to samsung s25 ultra.

the device works pretty perfectly unfortunately the back adhesive is failing and the glass is separating from the body ... my old samsung phone did this as well and keeping it in a case is the only way to go... it might be what happens when a phone lives in a case as well because it would be my 3rd samsung that the adhesive is starting to fail with the glass separating from the body... just think maybe it should have been looked at and adhesive re applied before shipping out. but over all I'm pretty impressed with this phone it's holding up for its age and I'm happy to have the micro sd card slot still available

Absolutely love it. Only thing was it wasn't compatible with an e-sim so had to order physical sim card but once I got that it has worked like a dream. This is my 2nd Samsung phone from Back Market and I couldn't be happier. I don't think I'll ever buy another phone from any other company as long as Back Market is around. Thank you

I am blown away by how phenomenal my experience has been with Back Market. I received my new phone in about 2 days, in perfect condition and it functions exactly as needed. I wanted to upgrade my previous Note20 Ultra but remembered that Samsung no longer releases models that support SD cards, so I opted for the same phone with larger internal storage capacity since I have apps that store a lot of data. I am extremely happy with my new phone, and I didn't have to sacrifice my SD card.

This is my 3rd Note 20 Ultra. This one felt like the real deal with OEM glass. Not the cheap, lightweight knockoff stuff. I'm happy about that! However, I paid extra for priority shipping, the order arrived later than quoted but I didn't get refunded on the priority shipping. The screen sort of has a weird green-ish glowy border around the perimeter edge. It's real subtle so it's okay since I needed the phone but it's definitely weird. I didn't experience that with my previous 2 note 20 ultras. When the phone arrived, the screen was all dirty, like they hadn't bothered to at least wipe it down before they shipped it. Packaged well though. Came with charging cable and sim tray tool, appreciate that. I wish there had been a charger block but I knew it wasn't going to when I ordered it so that's okay I guess. One thing that really irks me though is that when I first turned it on, the screen said AT&T, I panicked. There was a ton of AT&T bloat ware apps that were not able to be removed. I immediately turned it off, put my sim in, turned it back on and then the AT&T apps were all gone but there were a ton of new Verizon bloat ware apps that you also cannot uninstall. This is frustrating. Neither of my previous unlocked note 20 ultras had those or did that. Not real cool. I mean, overall I'm thankful to have found a new-to-me note 20 ultra after my battery on my first one swelled and the phone repair shop wouldn't fix it and the 2nd one I ordered from Amazon as a certified refurbished replacement and it arrived with the screen glitching out so I had to send it back. This model phone is the best, latest available that still has an SD card slot and sim tray. They're getting increasingly difficult to find as legit refurbished phones. I still want my headphones jack back but I'll take what I can get over a phone without an SD slot. Again, I'm thankful for back market. The phone is okay, nothing to write home about but it's a replacement when I needed one.
