Galaxy Note9 512GB - Purple - Locked AT&T

It was like it was brand new out of the box. It was beautiful and shiny. Just bought my 2 teenagers a phone and I will never buy from the stores again. I bought one that said good but it look perfect.

THE PHONE ARRIVED IN TIMELY MANNER, PERFECT CONDITION AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE. WE WERE ABKE TO TAKE IT TO OUR PROVIDER TO GET IT ACTIVATED AND IN USE IMMEDIATELY. WORKS PERFECTLY. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE AND THE PRICE WE PAID.

I ordered my Note9 on Saturday evening and received it Monday afternoon. I am just as impressed by the phone as I was by the quick delivery. Even though classified as "Good" I chose this one because all marked "Excellent" were already "sold out". If there is anything about it that might be considered less excellent than brand new it would only be the battery life seems a bit shorter than I got with S9+. I am well pleased with Back

Product was a little more banged up than i expected. There was clear evidence of where the phone had been dropped on edges in the past (edge dents in the metal). There was one annoyingly obvious scratch on the glass, but near the side, so not too obtrusive. The product did work fine, and I had no problems activating it and using it. A new case hid most of the case defects, and a glass cover hid most of that one noticeable scratch on the glass. For the price I paid, I could have gotten a somewhat better quality version from Amazon (it would have cost about $10 more), and it would have included a charger and a pin to pop the SIM card cover. First time I tried BackMarket. I'm NOT unhappy with the purchase, but I did expect it to come with a little more than it did. For comparison purposes, an exact identical reconditioned model provided by AT&T came with no dents, no scratches. It included a better data cable that was able to be used with the case I bought (the data / charge cable you provided was a little to wide to fit into the phone charging port once I put the case on the phone). The AT&T model also came with a pin to pop the SIM cover. It came with a full fast charger (a new one in fact). It also came with an adapter to convert the older standard Micro-USB end to the newer USB Type C supported by the Samsung phone. Would I buy from Backmarket again? I probably would, but if the difference in price is only going to be about $10-$20 difference between the Amazon price, I'm getting it from Amazon. Thank You for allowing me to provide my opinion.

I ordered my phone in January and received it only a few days later than the estimated delivery date. Which was to be expected for the holidays. The phone came in mint condition as described and has given me zero issues so far, three months later. I had no problem setting it up, all the functions work correctly. The battery is excellent and hasn't given me any issues. I made sure it was straight talk compatible and was really very nervous about making the purchase but I'll gladly buy from backmarket again.

Can't believe this is not a new phone! I guess you get what you pay for. Saved Gobbs on this beautiful Note 9 and got it in five days. Was very apprehensive at first, but this is the only way I'll buy a device again. Thanks to everyone for the great experience!

1st Off, I was totally blown away with the expeditious speed that you delivered this phone. Came in a lot sooner than I expected. The only thing that would have made getting this phone better would have been providing a Sim Card Tray Tool in the box so that I did not have to go shopping for a Sim Card Tray Removal Tool. Overall so far we are still getting accalamated with each other. So far I am totally Elated with my purchase, and I have already started spreading the word about your wonderful company and operations. :)
