    I have had this phone for about 6 months i think and i am loving it. It is a great price and overall the time from ordering and getting it delivered was pretty good. The phone came in great condition and with out any issues. The only problems that i had with the order was that there was no kind of padding like paper or bubble wrap to protect the phone. It was secured in this clear plastic sheet that kept the phone in place but i more so incase the box arrives more banged up than normal. My second issue is that the charger was not secured and was free to move around in the bod (it was seperated from the phone by a piece of non moving cardboard) but it was a little scarry when i moved the box and i heard quite a bit of movement. It spooked me thinking that the phone had been damaged but everything was a okay. Over all great product, I would definitely be buying again from this refurbisher just some small things that i think are more personal TL;DR - great service, some small concerns in packaginf but phone came in perfectly fine.

    First time user of Back Market, I was hopeful, phone arrived SUPER fast, but despite the assurances provided by the quality control statements, my device was defective. The fingerprint sensor did not work and it actually throws an error popup during the initial setup process. It's disappointing that it was somehow missed by whoever refurbished/checked the device. After troubleshooting, updating, restarting, and even factory resetting the device again, I had to start the return process within a couple hours of receiving the device. Aside from the broken fingerprint sensor, the phone looked brand new, display looked great, no scratches or scuffs anywhere! I didn't have the device long enough to judge the camera or battery life.

    I was very disappointed about my purchase, the phone was fake and was from Vietnam instead of "Samsung". I will never order from that seller or if I get anymore orders like this from Backmarket again probably never. THIS PHONE DID NOT CONNECT TO MY CARRIER AT ALL YOU GUYS. EVEN WITH A NEW SIM CARD. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NOVETTA WIRELESS INC.
