Assumed when paid extr for FedEx it wouldn't take 4 days to deliver. Also Verizon could not do a similar with phone so had to go to store and get a physical sim. Fortunately the phone looks like a new one so that's good.

Arrived in decent condition, but it could have easily gotten broken in shipping as it was placed in an empty box with ZERO padding or anything to restrict movement. I had to clean the phone as there was some residue all over it. That’s said, I cleaned it and now it looks almost brand new.

I am soooooo thrilled with my new S24!!! Came as described and arrived sooner than quoted- and at a steep discount from what I would've paid for brand new. Backmarket's sustainability practices are important to me - I'll be back when my current laptop finally gives out!

I was a bit concerned after reading a review about someone’s phone not being activated, but mine came fully activated, so no issues there 😄. Honestly, I told myself that as long as the camera worked well, I'd be satisfied, and it’s definitely living up to expectations.
