Galaxy S5 16GB - Copper - Locked Verizon

I ordered 3 Samsung Galaxy S5s from your company. Only 1 phone worked. The other 2 cell phones I could not access from my desktop, and that was everything. Now I would like a refund for the 2 phones I returned, so I can purchase another 2 Galaxy S5s that work properly. It is a great cell phone, but I have to be able to access the phone through my desk top computer. You will be hearing more from me very soon.

NOTE: For any other older person just wanting a reliable smartphone, and not intrigued in paying $900 and up for the latest and greatest phone for the immediate time (because you know that NEW phone is only new for 6 months before the next latest great phone is out). Thy patience is rewarded, Greg. The source of my jubilation is that the S5 arrived within the 48hrs promised, works flawlessly, and has barely perceptible signs of any wear or use of any kind. This is especially welcome in that I had already ordered an S5 from a competitor who should remain nameless (N1 Wireless) who promised 5-8 business days. After 9 days (6bd) notified me that they were out-of-stock and it would be an additional 1-10 business days. It actually arrived 11 days later (10bd). However, it was sold as an "open box" (more expensive than "refurbished" or "used") yet it did not have the power-port cover. I waited until 5 business days after their 1-10 day notice and ordered an S5 from you. It was $15 cheaper still arrived two days before the N1 unit. Was a great transaction on every level. Feel like a genius having what looks and feels like a new phone for such little money. Data dump from old to new S5 was easy. Just have to move SIM card from old phone to new (Verizon store folks did this for me at no charge) and then download samsung smart switch onto both phones and follow simple directions. Fell in love with the S5 4 phones ago due to the fact it is the last Samsung with replaceble battery so I can have a spare instead of rushing to find a charger. I actually bought one that was supposed to be a refurb for $40 6 months ago and checked it out to be working but never plugged it in. Then it finally happened dropped my phone and driven over by 1 ton truck. Tried to set up that $40 phone and it was WAY to late to get warranty. The one I purchased from you works like a charm and of course most things transferred from the cloud without a problem since it's the identical phone to what I had. THANKS for the great phone. Larry

The phone was very nice! But my provider said it was too old to be used with the service -- I don't understand why, but I am on my sister's plan and must therefore conform to her requirements. I was therefore forced, reluctantly, to return the phone to you.
