Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB - Silver - Unlocked

I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 for the last six years. One day it just quit working. I found Back Market and ended up buying a Galaxy S7 Edge that was supposedly in "fair" condition. If this is what they call "fair", I have to say, I could not be happier. The phone is in great condition, and exceeded my expectations. The screen is fine, the battery is great (I get a whole day of use out of it), and overall, it functions just fine. I reached out to EMB Phones with some technical questions, and I always got a response back within a business day. I interacted with Kevin, who was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and seemingly filled with desire to provide great customer service; a rarity these days. Really cool guy. The Galaxy S7 Edge was much better than expected. I don't see any scratches or dings at all, and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. The Galaxy S7 Edge is a great product and came in near perfect condition for a used phone. It was easy to set up and install new apps. The phone was shipped fast and we received daily e-mails about the progress of the order.

Ordered the S7 edge, also ordered the S7 as well, the S7 edge was the was I wanted, sent back the S7, black market was very helpful and was very comunitive with the transaction and return of the device. Also gave us a prompt refund for the device returned. We thank you for the wonderful service and will be back if we are neededing any other phones/electronics! The phone is in mint condition as advertised. I have a gripe but that is not an issue Back Market could have known in advance. I cannot turn on WiFi calling. The feature simply isn't an option on this phone. I haven't figured out why or how to correct. Nor have I attempted to contact Back Market about the issue. I would recommend this company and will use again when I need another phone. The issue is pending. Samsung has advised me that the phone is actually locked by Sprint. Will update review once the seller has a chance to correct the issue.

WOW!!! Ordered the s7 edge, gold in color. Opted for the gold condition and it looks and works like a brand new phone!!! I am VERY happy with the purchase along with the warranty! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great phone at a great price. THANKS GUYS!!!!!

Wasnt sure at first about getting a phone from an online site, but i ordered a s7 edge. It was the best deal i could find, came when they said and it was exactly the condition of how they rated it. So im happy, thanx :)
