I received my phone about about a week or so ago... I'm extremely pleased with it!! I was leary about buying a refurbished phone but so far, so good!! My screen went completely black (aka black screen of Death) and I contacted the seller immediately, did a reset on my phone and it's been fine ever since! They were 100% willing to take the phone back but with just a quick Google I was able to get it working as good as new!!! I'm thinking this might be my new go to whenever I'm in need of a new phone!! It looks brand new! No visible scratches at all!! I always take super good care of my phones so I'm thinking this one should last me a long time and I can always trade this one in for a new one down the road!! Very happy new customer!!!
