Segway Ninebot ES4 - Non-Folding Electric scooter

Not the best for my money, even when refurbed. Lots of issues on this lil guy; battery doesn't charge fully (yes i've checked app settings), suspension on the front isn't adjustable and makes a clack sound over little bumps, the handle feels cheap; just plastic. The app experience is good but the scooter itself is subpar.

Very good reconditioning conditions. Looks like new. Product quality: Almost perfect. Goes fast, accelerates quickly, some power in the hills. Some screws undo themself due to vibrations and need to be fixed.

Im able to get to town and back. Its a wonderful way to get around. The scooter was easy to setup and even better to ride around on. It has cruise control and some other features making it comfortable. The lights good, comes with a bell and all too.

I received the scooter a few days ago, assembled it (this took only a few minutes), and it runs great! Better than expected, in fact. I am very pleased with my purchase from King Micromobility, Inc. The seller was extremely courteous, responsive and accommodating throughout this transaction. 5/5 stars from me.

Summary: good product, great price, and amazing customer service. I’m a college student who bought this three month ago. This is really good product and the price is amazingly great. The best part of it was the customer service is way beyond anything that I experienced before. I had few of minor problems. I contacted the seller, and they gave solution to fix or give part of it to fix the problem. It was just great to be able to contact and figure out how to solve the problem right away. Unfortunately, I got my e scooter stolen, but I am think about getting another one. Thank you so much!

Quick delivery, scooter is as advertised and works well, but the scooter came digitally linked to the previous owner so I cannot access all features and functions through the app. I will have to find a workaround and reinstall software which is a pain, I wish this had been taken care of for me when they refurbished it, or at least disclosed this up from so I knew what I was getting into.
