Soflow SO4UL Electric scooter

Quality of the product in regards to looks was phenomenal despite being a “fair” refurbished product - there was a minimum of blemishes or scratches, it looked barely used. I’m still in the process of fully evaluating my scooter’s limitations but I am readily impressed. At 175lbs plus accessories/gear, I have managed a 16 mile ride on completely flat, concrete terrain on Economy mode; I think it was nearly 11-12 miles, but I intend on doing another run later to flesh it out further. Only problem is that I cannot use the app since the vehicle is still registered to another user?, per the app. I have emailed manufacture once and never received a reply.

The scooter has been doing good, I have been able to get really far on it with decent speed. I have been using it and loving it everyday. Thank you so much for this it has been a life saver.

I'm having minor trouble with the scooter. The customer service has been great so far. I can't wait to resolve problem (flat tire) because it looks like a lot of fun to ride. Ive been telling everyone I know about back market. I just started working at UPS too so can tell even more people. I have no complaints just eager to fix minor issue

The Product wasnt made very well, as far as the throttle control: It broke from one light twist while riding.... So easily that honestly there should be a disclosure before using that its a very delicate throttle and u dont really wanna put much more then one finger flick to it then leave it in cruise mode... other then that its got a great design you can cruise control it which is nice... I was able to get all around downtown denver for work purposes and it lasted going all around about 3 hours so thats nice... its also super light weight so carring it is easy with the proper bag...

The booth wasn’t working i sent it back When I retried the soflow. The 3 plastic pin to hold up the back light was broke. Now I can’t use the back break which is a emergency problem. I been dealing with this for over a month. All I am asking is for another one sent

The scooter seems new without any scratches totally awesome I’m happy with my purch

I could tell it was used but it's worked great so far!
