XP5 4GB - Black - Unlocked

I honesly feel like my phone was a steal bc my phone seems totally brand new. Nothing about it seems used. Another plus is the customer service. I had given the wrong address to the seller so i wrote them. They were friendly and corrected my error in a timely manner. I got my phone sent to the right address and faster then expected. Im hella glad i gave backmarket a chance!

Said in description that it is unlocked for Verizon. When I got it, it had another carrier's logo on outside and my heart sank. I went in to Verizon store just in case, and they are not able to activate this device. Message from seller said, "They are GSM unlocked phones, and Verizon is a CDMA carrier. You would need the Verizon model of this phone to work. Please return to: Please return all accessories as well and I will gladly refund in full." Shipping was fast, seller was prompt in returning my email, phone was in great condition for a "fair" grade of phone. (External only, didn't turn it on.) Next time I will message the seller directly to ask if it REALLY works on my network.
