    Right earbud won't hold a charge will say 80+% then within 3 minutes low battery and is dead. Haven't been able to even get the right earbud to charge to 100% had on charger all day. Randomly drops Bluetooth probably because of the right ear bud being the main one. Product said excellent condition definitely not in excellent condition Can't update the software on the earbuds because the right earbud won't hold a charge long enough to get over 5% download of the software.
