Excellent. The watch arrived in a timely manner within an inconspicuous and well packaged box. It was in immaculate condition if not basically new. Also came with multiple strap length section which was really smart just in case wrist sizes vary. only side note would be the cable provided was an older version (none aluminum metal puck design without braided cord) that isn't what is currently package with the latest SE 3 products, but works just fine. Overall a great experience with some savings. My child really loves the ability to listen to music, schedule and plan for the day, text friends and family.
