Xbox One 1000GB - Gray - Limited edition Advanced Warfare + Advanced Warfare

I have purchased several iMac Pro laptops 'beaters' over the years from Back Market for business purposes and never had an issue or the need for contacting customer service or making a claim. This Xbox One (my first one and purchased on a lark really on a very rainy day) is not the case. It arrived missing a battery for the wireless controller. Typical contemporary online response from customer service. "We are on it!" "Can you describe your problem more?" "Can you send additional photos please?" "We will be contacting you further to resolve this issue." How do I take photos of something that isn't there? No idea how items are processed and shipped. Seems more like eBay or Craigslist honestly. I purchased the 'extended warranty' too. Hot to trot website and then it is just tossed in a box and shipped. Makes me hesitant to make bigger purchases for laptops and desktops for my business where their is a need for everything to be there and in working order. My favorite part? Back Market response? "Thanks for telling it like it is." ~ So very, very contemporary. But not the good part of contemporary.
