Though this go around I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, they sent me the pro model version 1 - not the same battery life but just as comfortable and has active noise cancellation so it’s all good! 5/5Arrived on time/early and looks brand new! I often have found earphones/earbud style uncomfortable and unable to fit well and stay secured. These Buds are awesome! They fit great and snug and sound amazing paired with the TV,radio, and calls are crystal clear! 5/5Always wanted Galaxy Buds for my Samsung devices and these came packaged well. The buds and charging box looks brand new. The only issue I have is the charging cord, it does not work. 4.2/5I ordered "Excellent" condition an was pleased with the physical condition of the product. They case and the earbuds looked like new. However they don't seem to hold a charge for more than a couple hours or so. 5/5These earbuds are really great. I work on a rock crusher. very loud, and these allow me to listen to music or auto books while protecting my hearing. The only thing is the battery life is 3 to 4 hours. 4.2/5I got the "Good" condition. They frequently have a crackly sound, seemingly like a loose connection, shooting back and forth between left and right sides. I finally realized that the problem goes away when I turn off "365 Audio" and now it's okay.
