Absolutely thrilled. This has been my favorite home to come out in the past 5 years, and I decided to try out refurbished instead of a newer phone. It looks, feels, and functions like a brand new phone. Really cannot overstate how happy I am. Ended up being way cheaper, and as a bonus, I can feel good knowing this helps prevent rare earth mining pollution. I think I'll be getting all my tech from here from now on.

Let's start with, I love a Google pixel. The device LOOKS to be in absolutely emaculate condition. I couldn't find a single blemish. The only issue I have with this device is that the battery is garbage :( You can sit and watch the battery percentage dwindle away. I'm not mad. It's an older device. But, at what standard are they following for the battery? In standby I lost 46 percent battery with nothing running on my device. Will I use this seller again? Absolutely. The phone works perfect. Looks perfect. Sounds perfect. The camera isn't even scratched. I'll carry a charger with me at all times.

Treated me very well. Was kept abreast of the delivery trail. Used excellent fedex. Came exactly on time. Was packaged well, even some extra cables, sim remover. I put the phone through all the paces, including options only advanced developers use. Works as if it was hot off the factory floor. Yes some cosmetic blemish, but I could care less about that. I will buy again

The Pixel 2xl phone did come in excellent condition. I like the way the phone feels in my hand.The battery isn't great and would not last all day for a heavy user. I don't use my phone that much, so not a huge deal for me.

phone got here in two days! very happy with the quality of the phone! ordered a good condition and honestly it's nearly flawless. we'll see about the operation of the device after a couple days but I'm confident with this device.

My Pixel 4XL was a great phone for a great price ($200). it was fast, held a charge, and was able to do all the things I needed a phone to do. I'm giving my order 4 stars because, around the 1 year mark, the phone started to get pretty slow. It wouldn't always load the camera, it wouldn't register touches and would need to be reset, and it would get really hot when using maps while driving. The charging port also loosened and I'd have to plug it in multiple times to start a charge. At a year and 3 months, I woke up to it completely bricked. It had been charging at night, and in the morning, my alarm didn't go off. Unfortunately, it was completely dead with no ability to recharge, and due to the great deal I got on the phone, I didn't want to pay for a battery replacement. I was also out of the free year warranty, so I wasn't able to get a replacement. This is the second phone I've bought from Back Market- it was great. The bricking is also very common with Pixel 4, so I am not too shocked. I purchased another phone from back market last week, but this time I bought the 2 year warranty, just in case.

The product: It looks nice. I do not see any scratch or dent. It seems not rooted. Everything works as or above expectation. Just the battery capacity is below 85% as promised. But I will keep it as overall it's a fine phone. The customer support: The first response I got when I ask about the battery capacity was totally irrelevant. Whoever replied just copy/pasted a canned answer without reading my message. Later the second support Juan was good. Although he misread the battery test results initially, but he did read my messages and replied accordingly, and helped to pass my message to the vendor. Overall, this purchase is satisfying. I probably will buy more in the future if I need a used phone.
