I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!

The refurbished Apple MacBook Air M2 15-inch feels like brand new! It’s incredibly fast, lightweight, and the larger screen size is perfect for productivity. The Retina display is stunning, and there’s no sign it’s been used before. Everything works flawlessly, and the battery life is excellent. It’s a fantastic way to get premium quality at a more affordable price!

I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

I loved the product and its quality, also got the item delivered earlier than expected. It was very economical, as I got an iPhone 15 pro 512 GB for just $904, and that to in excellent condition. Also, I got Battery health at 100%, moreover phone still has an active Apple warranty. I am not sure if after refurbishing the phone it is still water resistant or not, and so I wouldn't risk it. The charging cable is not original and very small in length. Rest everything is awesome and I love it. I checked the Antutu and Geek bench benchmark scores, they were a little lower side from the actual score but I guess that is due to the low charging and background applications.

I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised. It was carefully packaged, and I even received it a day earlier than expected. I will continue to order from Back Market for all of my electronic needs!

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, don’t hesitate—this is the way to go!
