I have to be honest, I was very concerned not buying directly from Apple Used & Refurbished. But I took a chance because of the return policy and the selection. Wow! I was more than surprised. My watch was in typical Apple Watch packaging with both sizes of bands. Set it up just like normal. The watch and service was above my expectation. Now I am considering an iPad purchase. 5 Stars for me!!!!

GREAT experience!! I was skeptical on ordering a reconditioned watch on the internet, afraid that it I was skeptical on ordering a recondition watch via the internet being afraid that it wouldn't meet my expectations, Boy was I wrong. The watch was packaged with extreme care and shipped via Fedex for a fast secure delivery. Upon opening the package I found the "Premium" condition watch to be in "Pristine" condition with sport watch bands and packaged in apple boxes. I definitely am pleased in every fraction of my first purchase with "Back Market" and "cant thank them enough for the fantastic experience".

First order off back market and I love it!! Got this as an upgrade from my series 3. It is excellent condition, basically new. Everything works perfect and the shipping was extremely fast, like 3 days I believe.

I bought the better watch and it was perfect! You would never know it was refurbished… it was in perfect condition.

I was skeptic of buying a refurbished watch but the “excellent” quality described is exactly what was delivered. It was a great price for a better watch than I currently had and still cheaper then sending back to apple. I will be back if I ever need anything more. Don’t hesitate if your thinking about this, you won’t regret it.

Overall, very happy with the purchase of this watch. Did notice one small scratch on the screen (off the display, so not too distracting), and two small ‘nicks’ on the body. Purchased in excellent condition, but this is not unexpected with a refurbished unit. Battery health is at 95%, which is great! The price was right, so would certainly recommend.

Everything is up to speed. Watch is as described, seller was great. Can’t even tell it’s a refurbished item. Looks good as new.
