It's small and cute, appears as if brand new. Adequate for my needs, although a bit laggy at times. Be aware this laptop does not have a touch screen. The service and delivery of the product was excellent. I'm satisfied, although I'd probably buy something a bit more powerful next time.

I've almost had this laptop for a month now, and after using it daily, I am satisfied with my purchase. The condition was listed as 'Very Good,' but I can't see any scratches on it at all. The only downside is that the battery does not last as long as I had hoped, but it's also not a new model, and the backspace key makes a squeaky sound when hit. However, those are minor issues when looking at the amount of money I saved purchasing refurbished. Overall, I'm satisfied with this laptop purchase and would recommend BackMarket and the refurbser company.

this is a replacement computer and I am very happy with it.

Little bit dirty, but I was able to clean it up which was fine. Definitely what I was looking for and expected. Its now a teaching laptop, that I've renamed the "craptop" as its for experimenting with new Linux distros etc. Not a bad buy

Wanted this computer mostly to tinker with and learn bare metal (operating system) programming. Very very surprised, it's quite fast, and the screen and touchpad remind me of Dell Xps. I could probably use this as my daily computer. All for a low price, knowing it's more earth friendly than buying new. May you guys be blessed. hank you for your company, and your humor that keeps me laughing.

Very satisfy with the graded quality as posted.. almost like new. I am using this Asus Chromebook in my travel and like it very much. This is my second purchased item from BackMarket.

System came with a bad battery that wouldn’t charge. I had no choice but to order a new battery and replace it myself as this was for a client and they don’t have time to wait for it to get repaired/replaced. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me
