Amazing product I lost my airpods sadly but my phone has lasted a year with no problems. It might have been the case tbh but i be throwing my phone a lot and taking it to camping and all that and its still a really good phone. Camera is really good and all that so we ball fr.

my phone worked great at first but soon the battery life stopped lasting! i was happy with it but i am now having to purchase a new phone only a year later! however the airpod pros have never been great. the right one is just constant static but i’ve had to just get used to it. i am very grateful for back market and know any purchase could be a risk! i am hoping for better luck with this next purchase!

Both products came in pristine conditions. I was surprised how well the AirPods Pro functioned. Needless to say, this was more than a steal being able to use an excellent phone with AirPods that made the purchase exceedingly great. 10/10 recommended.

Backmarket told me that the product they were sending me was “Excellent”. If I had bought it new, I would not have been able to tell the difference. Except for the price!! Backmarket is fantastic!!! Quality products at substantially lower prices! Thanks Guys!!!

Everything works great. The only problem I have is the ear piece (small speaker) on the phone sounds really bad. It has this terrible buzz so I can barely understand the other end. Otherwise, thanks to the AirPods, which are pristine themselves, I don’t really have to put the phone to my head at all. Great job

I love it! AirPods were brand new and in box. iPhone was in great condition but.. battery capacity was at 87%. Other than that it works great and will definitely buy from here again. (Bought the excellent)

This is the only item I’ve bought off Backmarket that has had several issues. It will not let me download apps and then now it will not recognize cell data so will not work outside of WiFi. It has been 6 months since purchased in “very good” condition but there’s been several technical problems without any help from the seller. So upsetting!

Bought these for our daughter. Since we found this site, I refuse to buy new phones or computers. We choose "excellent" condition, and everything looks brand new. The phone and AirPods are no exception. With the one-year warranty, this is a no-brainer. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch.

In all honesty this is a very good bundle and 100% worth the money the phone is in a 8.9/10 condition and the AirPods are about 9.4/10 the devices have a few minor blemishes despite being in “excellent” condition but absolutely nothing to scoff about
