I've only just recently discovered this Back Market and I have to say Kuddos to the way you all do business. Buying this laptop was the first worry free and pleasant experience I've ever had when buying refurbished tech. I used to only shop through ebay but not any more. They just lost a customer. Back Market notified me of every stage my laptop was at during delivery. Even notified me that it was going to be a day later than they first projected but even being a day late I still received it way before I ever have from ebay or Amazon for that matter. The laptop looks fantastic and so far I'm totally satisfied with how Back Market conducts business 2 gold star lickies my friends and I will make sure all my friends give you a try. Bravo!!

First time I ordered from Back Market. The monitor arrived early, and in great condition. This refurbished Acer 15inch monitor looks brand new, and it also came with all the necessary cables. Will definitely order from back market again.

Like everything I've bought from Back Market in the past few years (2 phones and this laptop), it works perfectly and looks great. Their stuff is refurbished, but nothing feels "used." Plus saving both money and the environment makes me very happy.

I'm IN LOVE with my new (refurbished oh-so-excellently) Acer Chromebook. Arrived before expected delivery in safely-swaddled condition, and set-up could have been managed by a kitten. Everything perfect - seller in Colorado sent a long at beautiful 65-watt power supply that I was not expecting: Bravo to them for that, as a similar device I had been using for a decade or more had only just failed a few days earlier - ! So that was perfect. And now about the Chromebook: I'm still trying to figure out why it was classed as only "Good" when it seems to me to be absolutely perfect. Looks and feels brand-new. Could not have asked for more - very happy with Back Market and its supplier.

I received my product very fast exactly when they said it would come. I did not know what to expect but when I opened the box I was amazed. The laptop doesn't have a scratch on it it looks brand new and it runs super fast. I will definitely be buying all my electronics from this site from now on. Thank you.

I am new user to Chromebook, however everything is working well. The device arrived timely and in great shape. The device has been easy to setup to work with my Pixel, Drive, and applications. It's larger than I expected it to be, but that isn't a bad thing. The next test is when I take with me to travel.

This is at least the second time but maybe the third I’ve purchased from Back Market. I ordered this Chromebook and it did not entirely fit the item description. I was specifically looking for 13” Chromebook that was not a touch screen and of traditional clamshell design. The Chromebook arrived and it was a touchscreen model and also the 2-in-1 design. Meaning the screen folds all the way around converting to a tablet. These are considered upgrades by most people however for my use I don’t need them. After using for a day or two I decided to keep the device, and I am happy with it. It checks all the boxes for my needs. Something lightweight and small for going everywhere with me, as I’m a grad student. Price was great. $150-160. One last bit it is the item listing indicated it had a micro SD slot. It does not have one. I blame some of this on Acer because they change specs/features constantly even though the items model numbers are the same. I’ll buy from Back Market again.

My college uses google programs for assignment submissions. When my outdated MacBook began to die quickly off charger and overheat, I knew I needed something to get me through the last semester of school that didn’t break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this Acer chrome book. Had I known how nice it would be, I would have switched much sooner. Nothing but good things to say about this device. It has been perfect for what I need. Fast, reliable, and convenient.

Laptop arrived ahead of schedule and in promised condition. Did not contain oem charger but did contain proper working charger.
