the keys are kinda really stiff on use. it's fine tho. seems like it was refurbished well. 😁 some stray marks...like wax crayon, but is fine. other than that...it's fine. works as well as it should. ita as functional as it should be. I'm happy. 😄

I've had the computer about a week now, and I'm really enjoying it. Great for light web applications, up to and including Zoom and Google Meet (though it struggle to multitask while running video calls). I was super impressed with Back Market's service and how quickly I got the device. And for the price, it can't be beat! I'll definitely be back.

The package came fast, it had minor scratches (I was expecting worse so thats good that it only came with minor scratches). I ordered on the 26th of June and it cane the 28th of June. All the plugs work no problems (yet). It reminds me of a school chrome book.

It came in great condition with minor scratches on the outside that are barely noticeable. It was delivered quickly and in secure packaging. Works perfectly and definitely worth the price!

Experience was ok, I saw it and bought it. Deal included free shipping, that’s good. The laptop is in great shape, clean, no obvious defects. So far I’m satisfied-still familiarizing myself with it. I think I got a good deal for $60…thanks for asking.

This Dell 7410 Chromebook turns out to be better than described. It was listed as "Good" & yet should have been described as "Excellent". It looks virtually unused. This ended up being the 2n1 aluminum bodied version. It has very nice build quality as expected for the original price-point. Just a note on set up for anyone that gets one of these as it is an Enterprise Chromebook, it wants to be set up with a company account. It gives an option to set it up as a personal device instead but after I clicked on that option, it would not let me choose a WIFI network to sign into. I ended up having to use a USB to Ethernet adapter & plugging it into my router to complete set up. So just a heads up on that detail. Now that it is up & running, everything onit is working great.

arrived fast with the free shipping 2 days before it was even supposed to great quality would definitely recommend buying from this app my dad also ordered my siblings iPads for Christmas off of here for way cheaper than they would’ve been new and there great quality

The quality of the Chromebook is awesome. looks brand new I purchased it 6 days ago and thought about buying another one they are Sold Out! I am not surprised! Great Deal. I will be watching for one or two for the grandkids.

l just got it last week and it's works very good like it's brand new you'll never believe it was refurbished.

The item arrived well packed and protected from damage and I was shocked when I unpacked it and discovered the item looks like it was completely brand new, with no sign at all that it was a reconditioned. I plugged it in and fired it up and after it loaded it did everything in my old PC did. And this is exactly what I wanted. The price I paid is peanuts compared to what my old PC cost and I have to say I really got a deal, I'm happy and this is my fourth purchase from this company. I like the idea that they back everything up with the guarantee. Sure I will buy here again no problem.
