Once again, as with all orders I have placed with you guys, I really appreciate how surprised I am at the quality of my choice and how surprised I am as well when it arrives ahead of schedule. I try to spread the word as often as possible about your refurbs almost feeling a sense of responsibility to save them from there selves and the negativity of buying refurbished products. So far I am happy with my purchase. It even came with a keyboard and mouse which is was not expecting since it's a refurbished machine. It booted right up and had it set up in minutes, no issues far. looks like new as well.

My very old Dell that I replaced with this unit had a different chord to monitor connection. I got that, then set it up. Took out the old hard drive that I had NOT backed up nor able to swap out or transfer the old files. Local computer geek was able to load those files to a thumb drive. A few problems because of age difference have been solved and I am now ready to go. Thank you 😊

The Dell PC I ordered was in fantastic condition - worked like a charm! It was supposedly ion "good" condition, but I couldn't see any obvious cosmetic defects. The computer was well-packed and arrived much sooner than expected. I'd gladly buy from Backmarket and the IT Supply Guy again!!!

Works great for my situation and I consider it a great deal especially for a win 11 supported platform. Gen 10 should stay relevant for several years. I will definitely always check this site first for purchases. Shipping was fast and order was packed well. Only wish I had used equipment to trade. Thanks.

Great condition for a great price. Came ready to go with Windows, but I installed Linux on it & it screams with an i5. Back Market threw in a keyboard, mouse, & USB wifi dongel !!! I recommend Back Market to all my friends. As always service & communication with BM is top notch.

I bought it for home use, but with how good the hardware is and how small the profile of the machine is, I'm most likely going to be using it as a travel PC aswell. It's quite an impressive little slab. Handles everything well, except mid-high end gaming. Of course, I wasn't expecting it too be able too based on the specs, but for literally every other function it's perfect.

The computer works great and is fast. I was surprised that it has an optical drive, as I was under the impression that it didn't. Another nice touch was the inclusion of a keyboard and mouse. It was a good deal.

I bought this unit to use for ChromeOS Flex. It is a model that is certified to run ChromeOS Flex. So far, it does exactly what I want it to do. It runs. No issues. As I looked for models to use, I compared prices for the end of support. I found that it actually made more sense to buy a cheaper model with a few years of support than a model that would be supported until 2030. The cost per year was still less with this model than with newer models. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
