I was very excited when I ordered this vacuum. I got the one that said “good condition,” but the item itself had a lot of scratches, was missing the manual, and was overall in very poor condition.

I love this vacuum. You can actually see the dirt being sucked out of my carpet. My old vacuum didn’t get half of the dirt the Dyson does. I have 2 Giant dogs that bring mud and dirt in from out yard. It’s a constant battle that I was forever losing. Dyson has been a game changer.

All very good! Was skeptical because first time ordering., BUT, all came through and works excellent. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law but then told her about the good buy., THere was no manual with it but i think I read that , so she looked up online and is very satisified. WIll purchase again when I need something, maybe a phone.

There is not much suction (if any). It doesn't even suck up dirt off the floor.

Color did not match product I received; which isn't a big issue for me, but to some this might be a huge problem! The product works perfectly, no complaints on that!!
