Its great! Came with charger and strap. The strap looked old and had issues so I bought new ones but the fitbit itself works great. very happy with my purchase. I had to look on youtube to set up as it didn't come with any info as its used. But it was wrapped in bubble wrap the screen is perfect and I would def buy again.

I ordered this watch a little over a year ago, and it's been great up until recently when it stopped holding charge. From the looks of it, it's not a Back Market issue, bur an issue with the watch itself that I didn't know about until now.

The quality was just as described. The shipping right on time. And buying refurbished from Back market is more than worth it. This is my sixth purchase and everything still works perfect.

This Fitbit only worked sometimes for a week or so. I’ve ordered new chargers and it won’t even turn on. My daughter could never get it to link to the Fitbit app. I will just save the money and order a working Fitbit from somewhere else.
