The quality is great. Nothing cosmetically wrong with the phone. however, the battery does not last. My Alcatel lasts all night on full charge,this phone only lasts a few hours. Other than that, my experience has been perfect. I do plan to exchange the phone for a different one

So far so good but I’m going to give to my dad. I specifically wanted the note 5 because of the physical home button which is easier for a 84 yr young person. Only drawback is that it’s in not expandable and stuck at 32gb. But I don’t see him doing to much on it

So far, so good! The phone is in perfect working condition. Like new! I had some trouble getting service because I was going through straight talk and it turned out to not be compatible. I switched to boost mobile and was able to get service!

Quality was good and the phone was as advertised. My main dislike is that the battery life on it is terrible. It came with a cord, but no block to plug it into and the battery charges very slowly and drains super fast - sometimes 10-20% in minutes.

Great place too do business the people are good as GOLD. The products are great. There word is good. And they stand behind the products. No were can you go and have the protection as here. No fussing over anything warranty is alway backed up with to with no hassle no paper work.

This phone is perfect for me. I've had a note 5 for 5 yrs now. With means I have phone cases batteries and everything I need for this phone. Honestly don't understand y everyone wants the newest phone out. It just means to me more money and keeping up with the Jones. I'm not about all that just doing me at 43. SMART, EVERYBODY WAKE UP!!! LOVE BACK MARKET!! Will keep a note 5 as long as I can!! Was just as ordered n the customer service was great!!
