    I'm very surprised at how nice the refurbished phone is. It's perfect. I got the Galaxy note 20 Ultra and by the time I knew I wanted it, no one had it in the phone stores so this was a fabulous find. I also ordered a screen protector for it and only got the wipes but no protector 😐 ... the phone was 800+ bucks the screen protector was 15... so I'm grateful the major investment went smoothly. Thanks Back Market for helping me and saving the planet 🌎 from unnecessary waste.

    My device was like new, just didn't have original packaging. That was literally the only clue to this device being refurbished/used. Looking at getting a laptop soon, will be searching here as one of the possible sources.

    At first, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished smartphone on BackMarket. After doing my research on the website and smartphone, I took the risk. The Note20 arrived as stated and looked Brand New to the naked eye. More than satisfied with the experience. Will definitely be purchasing from BackMarket again.

    I wasn't sure if this was going ro be a good thing buying a refurbished phone from Back Market, but I'm very impressed. I was told to use Amazon but this was a far better deal and I will now use Back Market for all my electronic needs in the future!

    Everything was great - minus the quality of the product. While perfectly functional, an "excellent" refurbished product should not have an inch-long gouge in the screen, not a bent SIM tray that is noticeable even while in a case. Other than those flaws, the cost, shipping, and early arrival were great.

    My phone came in practically brand new condition, I was very happy w the appearance of it. This seller was prompt & communicative, my item arrived quickly & set up was a breeze. AND after selling my old phone to Backmarket, I paid WAAAY less than I would've paid anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE Backmarket for all my electronic needs. I wish every1 would buy from them to help reduce the megatons of electronic waste, save their hard earned money (that they'd save buying refurbished items from Back Market) & rethink their tech consumption to reduce their electronic footprints in this🌎.     I previously purchased a galaxy s21 ultra in excellent condition for my wife. It was in immaculate condition.It came in the mail very quickly and the product looked and performed flawlessly. I didn't write a review. I wanted to to make another purchase first and see if was just to good to be true. I purchased a galaxy note 20 ultra in excellent condition. 5 days later it arrived as advertised. Not a scratch anywhere came with original box and a Samsung fast charge block and cord. The Bluetooth pen worked and the phone functioned as new. The battery health diagnostic showed 93%. We couldn't be happier with Back Market! I will definitely be recommending their products and purchasing more myself in the near future. If you are like me and wondering how legitimate this company is wonder no more!

    I was pleasantly surprised by my experience shopping with Back Market. I had read some reviews on TrustPilot and was a bit afraid since I have never done business with Back Market but my fear was unwarranted. I picked out an "Very Good Condition" fully unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and paid for expedited shipping. It came in time for my trip and was indeed in excellent condition, really like new except for a few marks along the bottom of the phone, which are not noticeable at all. I love my new phone, it works perfectly and I saved about 50%! I highly recommend Back Market.

    I was very leary purchasing a renewed phone, but even more shocked at new phone prices. So, I gave Back Market a chance. I'm very glad that I did. I purchased a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in excellent condition and am impressed with the phone and the condition in which it arrived. The phone was in perfect working condition with very minor scratches around the camera bezel. I have been so impressed that I have started recommending Back Market to family members and friends. As of right now, I will be using BM for future purchases. Thank you Back Market.

    Dealing with Back<Market has been a great experience. I ordered a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G phone. I believe it was listed as fair condition. I would say it is in excellent condition. No visible scratches on the screen or body of the phone. I received it within a couple days of ordering. Have had it approximately 3 weeks now, and haven't knowingly had any problems with it. I upgraded from a Note8. I have noticed BIG changes between the two series and many of the "improvements" in my opinion have made the Note20 less desireable. But that's just my opinion. But as for BackMarket I highly recommend this company and will be inclined to consider using them again!
