All good but I wasn't able to get the $5 off for 3 years code you gave me to be accepted by VISIBLE which,sadly, makes a big difference to me as right now money is super tight. If there is anything you can do to get VISIBLE to honor that 3 year $5 off discount I would really really appreciate it. They had another code where I get $5 off for I think 18 months so I was able to get that but your discount was for twice as long. Inflation is really messing with me but you guys enabled me to get this great phone for very little money so thank you! I certainly recommend you! Now I need a cell signal booster since I live in a mobile home aka a Faraday cage and I'm looking to buy one that is refurbished. Any sites you guys recommend? My experience with you was definitely 5 star!!

It did took me a few returns due to being the wrong type of phone. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus with fast Express but it got stuck due to incorrect address. I stumbled upon this phone Galaxy s10e in excellent condition and fell in love. no scratches, everything functioned as it should like a brand new phone. Now my daughter is in love with it.

It is good! The only thing is it looks like the back was taken off to replace the battery and it isn't well sealed (I can see the adhesive coming undone already). It isn't a huge deal because I am putting a cover on it, but something to consider for the refurbished phone!

excellent product and fast shipping. Since most if not all of these refurbished phones have the original carriers boot and logo, it would be nice to see my own carriers logo, but not at all a deal breaker

Been using the phone for a few days now. Everything in excellent condition apart fron scracthes on the fingerprint sensor/power button. The screen has no burn-in, no scratches on the screen frame and back glass. It's a shame Samsung stopped making compact flagships.

The phone was neatly and relatively securely packed. I appreciate the screen protective cover. Providing the sim removal tool is a welcomed feature. Though, unsure if there is a longer tool as some phones require a longer pin lenght.

Works real well even though it will not be used as a phone instead a secondary camera, I intend to use it very well. There is a good chance I factory reset it and give it to my cousin as his first phone as well if it all goes well.

I have ordered several phones and a tablet or two from back market. never once have I been unsatisfied. on a couple of occasions something was a bit off, you guys fixed it and made everything seamless. since my first order I have been a fan and will continue to only recommend back market to absolutely anyone who asks. thank you guys very much for everything, and I will get in touch the second I need anything else.

Happy with the purchase, I got lucky and the "Excellent" condition was slightly more affordable than the "Good." The physical condition of the phone was great, nearly new. The battery dies more quickly than a new phone would, I expected it to last longer with the "Excellent" condition - after ~30 minutes of use on apps and messaging it'll drop a handful of % points. A full charge won't last a full day but other than that it works well.
