I got it a day earlier ! And it was a little scratched from the top but it’s so worthy buying especially since I got it in a (fair) condition the screen and everything else was ok and worked perfectly fine really recommend and will be buying again thank you !!!

Arrived on time. Listed as "Fair Condition". When I opened the well packed box, my phone visually looked Brand New. No scratches no nothing. When I took my phone(Galaxy S21 5g 128) to my Service Provider there was NO PROBLEMS or ISSUES. I GOT MORE THAN I PAID FOR!

Great purchase on my end, I was still using the S9 before this so it was due for retirement unfortunately, still love my S9 though. This S21 is better in several ways. even being refurbished. it charges in a bit over an hour, the back is plastic so you don't need to worry about the phone flexing in your pocket and cracking, an issue I ran into with my old S9 partly because I procrastinated getting a case. The cameras on this are great, the quality is nice, and I'm not sure which processor it uses but it runs really smooth. It's got the average 60 hertz display and the fast and snappy 120 hertz display that you can cycle through, 9/10 phone imo

The battery doesn't last as long as my dead phones did. Also the charging port does not seem to have been replaced at refurbishing. The charge cords tend to fall out real easily making charging very tenuous. Ed Kersten 5020 12th ave s Mpls MN 55417

The phone was in excellent condition. I had no issues swapping phones and have run across no glitches. I am very pleased. As someone who doesn't need the newest item, just a good functioning one, I am pleased to find a place I can find refurbished items without worry.

Got the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB unlocked (ordered the "excellent condition") and have used it with my Straight talk service for a few weeks now.. So far perfect! This is the second time I have ordered a phone from this website and have been happy both times!

I couldn't be happier with my phone. I use boost mobile and had no problems activating this phone with them and keeping my same number. The phone itself looks brand new and I haven't had any issues with using it. I don't think the phone looks purple I think it's more blue but others say it's purple so I guess that's just me lol the phone is just the S21 so it's a smaller phone than im used to but I've had no problems adapting my daughter recommended back market to me when I was looking for a phone and I have no complaints. It shipped quickly and even comes with a one year warranty so I felt secure buying from them and I was not disappointed.

everything was as it should definitely satisfied it said it was unlocked so I assumed it wouldn't have anything on it but when I turn it on it's always saying t mobile but I was able to use my usual total version service on it and it does say unlocked so still giving it a two thumbs up
