I was very skeptical about this because I've never ordered a refurbished item before, I've had it for a day now (which isn't long) but its so much better than a new, unsealed device I bought from walmart which was a.Samsung A7 Tab, which was around $220, it wouldn't charge or had S-pen compatability. I got this one for about $40 less for a better model with S-Pen support, I will be using this app much more!

I want to start by saying that I went out on faith with your company and ordered Galaxy tab S7 that I wasn't sure I needed cuz I have a gaming laptop and a Android cell phone but I wanted to find a device where I could read digital comics and have a little bit bigger screen to watch YouTube and be able to journal with a pen with all that being said it has exceeded my expectations and I saved money to boot I will be trading in my old devices with your company and buying other refurbished devices in the future!!!!

Well I'm kind of picky when it comes to screen type. I don't care for tablets with TFT display. It must be super amoled (if I spelled that correctly) any other display just doesn't cut it. So it took me a few days to find just the right one. I had no idea I find an S6 for the price I did. I think I got a great deal, I couldn't really tell it was used. It's in perfect condition. The shipping was quick, & I got a text as soon as the delivered it. so no sticky fingered porch pirates got it. I think my next shopping spree will be for a Samsung phone. If Backmarket only had home stereo equipment, I love my tunes! Mabey someday. Thanks Backmarket,

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra for a few weeks now, and it’s exceeded my expectations! It handles multitasking like a champ. The S Pen is responsive and feels natural for note-taking and sketching. Battery life is impressive, lasting a full day even with heavy usage. Overall, a fantastic tablet if you need a large screen and powerful performance. Highly recommended!

Mostly, it's a good device. It definitely has issues though. Sometimes apps just won't download from the play store, but after I submit feedback to Google, I can get the app a day or two later. Also, the keyboard is a bit buggy; it'll sometimes type multiple characters at once (none of which are the ones I'm actually trying to type), but attaching a Bluetooth keyboard is an easy solution.

Great deal for the price! We got the device in a couple days, and have already gone through the setup. We didn't realize that the device came without the pen though, which caused an extra run to best buy to be in order. Everything seems to work great though, all and all seems like the perfect device to get me through college.

actually very satisfied, there’s lag here and there to be perfectly honest - but it gets the job done. i use it for work, so instead of paper i have a paper sized tablet lol. the size is really the reason i got it, everything is bigger now a days and this fits perfectly in a medium telfar tote

I decided to get off the biannual upgrade merry-go-round and shopped for a quality used tablet. 'Used' gave me some trepidation, but I couldn't be happier with what I received. Brand-new condition, works like a champ for a fraction of new.

This was my firsttime using backmarket and I am very pleased with My purchase. I was worried because Inever bought a tablet online before but I have not had anyissues so far. Especially since I did not buy a new modelin pristine condition, but the scratches are minor and not that noticeable. Very happyand would order from here again

So far so good! The tablet is in great condition, just as described. It didn't have a pen, but then again, I'm not sure it was supposed to come with one, and replacements are cheap so it wasn't a big deal. Thanks! I love back market!
