I love the z fold 4 phone so much and it works smooth!! I had no problem with the shipping and it came in Monday instead of Tuesday! This is definitely worth switching from apple after 3 year of it’s simplicity

l was thinking that the phone has going to have minor scratches and blemishes by it's rating, but it was almost perfect honestly. The only thing that I could really find was a minor scuff along the frame, and that was almost taking a magnifying glass to it. The battery life is amazing and the physical condition deserves a higher rating than they did. if this is what they consider to be good I can only imagine what an excellent must look like!

I was skeptical about purchasing this phone but it arrived in pristine condition as advertised and works flawless. Shipping was fast. I love my Z fold and look forward to purchasing a laptop next time. Highly recommended Backmarket to all skeptics. Seriously !!!!

Purchased on Feb. 23rd, 2025 - Galaxy Z Fold 4 Beige This is not a review of a Samsung phone. This is a review of the refurbished hardware that I purchased through Back Market. Initial thoughts: fast delivery, good packaging for shipping. Out of the box, the condition of the refurbished Z Fold 4 was surprising. Inner and outer screens were pristine. The hinges feel strong, with no dents or scratches on the outer phone case. Overall, the unboxing exceeded expectations in terms of the phone's physical state. As of March 10th, I've had the phone two weeks. No glitches or dead pixels. After updates (Samsung, T-Mobile and Google), reinstalling apps, verifying logins and fingerprints, and daily use, the phone moves quickly between apps. Loads internet pages near instantly, and the speakers are loud and clear. Maybe I got lucky, but I have zero regrets and zero complaints about this purchase. This comes from a cynical buyer.

It came in the mail very quickly. Full disclosure I did pay extra to get it faster but it came fast than even the expected delivery. It looked brand new. I haven't had any issues with it. I know I was worried about the hinge mechanic but honestly it seems like as long as you are soft about shutting and opening it you wont damage the phone screen or hinge. I love how customizable it is and don't regret from switching from apple to this phone! Highly recommend!

I bought this for my husband. He loves it and it is working perfect for him. This is the second phone bought from Back Market and each one has been just wonderful, no problems what soever. I will be ordering my upgrade from Back Market soon. Thank You.

I'm not thrilled that I had to replace my original zfold4 due to it shutting down when I close it. This was a good alternative to having to pay to have mine repaired. All good with the purchase....so far.
