Watch was listed in excellent condition, and visibly it was, however none of the sensors are functional on the smart watch. This has not been a problem for me with other sellers on BackMarket. I thought excellent condition also indicated the functionality of the smartwatch as well. In the future I recommend that the seller actually test the device and its basic functions before selling as "excellent". I am requesting a full refund.

What's to say? Showed up in a timely manner and it works as described.

Unfortunately, I charged this watch for many hours, using different outlets in my apartment, and tried everything under the sun to get it to turn on, but it never did. I think I was sold a dead watch and had to return it. Disappointing.
