In great comforting with just a few scratches on the face, nothing a protector didn't address. Very pleased with it and the seller!

It was a running device and quality was good. However, I mistakenly placed the order thinking that the device was Instinct Solar since that was shown in the pictures of the ad I saw on Backmarket. I was happy that the seller was kind enough to issue the return.

Can't recommend Back Market enough!! I really love my Garmin watch and every other product I've bought from Back Market. I wasn't sure if I'd like having a Garmin watch, so I didn't want to buy one from a site or third party that did not offer returns, refunds, or guarantees. Along with the fact that people on Facebook Marketplace were selling damaged Garmins for more money, Back Market seemed like the best choice, and it was! I've recommended others to Back Market as well and it's been wonderful experiences all around. Items often arrive early, and you can get package precise tracking (nobody wants valuable tech just sitting out on their doorstep). All of their devices come neatly packed with compatible speedy chargers. My one wish would be that the Garmin watch came with a display protector/screen protector. Their website is easy to navigate and they don't send obnoxious marketing emails. 10/10.

Everything ok, i loved!!

Very good price for a garmin smartwatch. It works very well, only complaint is that the battery life is around 3 days compared to 7, understandable since this is refurbished. Health and gps stats are relatively accurate and I’ve been enjoying using the new device!

The watch is great for my uses. Battery seems good but not quite what I think a new one should be. There’s an occasional lag when selecting things through menus but I guess some of that is to be expected with refurbished. Looks like new. Works well. On the Garmin end I love the connection to the app they have. I live in the mountains so for hikes and runs alike the watch has awesome useful features like a magnetic compass, map tracing, a feature to bring you back to your starting point if you get lost, altimeter, barometer. It goes on. Jam packed. I’m happy with it so far after about two weeks of daily use.

It was defective from the moment I received it. It would power on and charge, and despite saying 100%/24 days of battery, as soon as pressed any buttons, it would crash and turn off. The only way to get it to recover would be to plug it into its charger, which would cause it to power on and show full battery again. Based on that and it not being even fully clean, the chances of this actually being “refurbished” seem very slim. It was probably received, inspected while connected to a charger, then re-sold. While connected to power, no issues would have shown. The seller should do more due diligence in their inspections. After reading more about the seller online and on Reddit, with the 5-10+ other business names it’s been mentioned they may operate under, it sounds like this is not unheard of and many others have been misled on purchases, sent incorrect or defective items, etc. I definitely felt played once I figured out I had a defective item (knew within a matter of minutes after first charge). Back Market has been responsive and great in rectifying the issue, as has Garmin direct. The negative feedback above is to reflect the seller specifically.

It's exactly what I was looking for as a replacement for one that my husband lost last year. Working great and looks brand new!

I could not be more happy with my purchase! It was time for a change, so I went with the most affordable Garmin watch. It was received in pristine condition in Garmin packaging, and certainly has made a Garmin fan out of me!
