excellent headphones looks practically brand new everything works and I'm pleased with the purchase

The earbuds arrived intact and charged. The condition of this product certainly exceeded my expectations. This is the 3 product I have purchased from BackMarket. No doubt, I will continue to shop here as needed.

Very happy with my purchase. I needed just 1 replacement bud, but it was cheaper here to just get a whole new set with the charging case. Delivery was fast and easy, and I'm using them as I write this. Thanks for a great experience!

Delivery was fast, the product was listed and looked pretty good condition. Sounds good and doesn't fall of the ear and good for my Pixel 7 phone and connection was fast.

Thank you for these noise canceling earbuds that go with my pixel 7 pro. There is a learning curve for the operator but I'm getting to it. The sound quality is excellent. I would buy another set of these from you if I would need them.

So for one these or not what was shown in the picture, they were better. What I thought I was getting was the original pixel buds used. These were a pair of $180 brand new earbuds. They are amazing.

The headphones arrived broken. Very upset. I ordered the Excellent quality, but received the worst possible. In all this, one thing is good - the help of the market in returning the headphones. Work with customers is at their best. Thank you so much for this! It remains to find responsible suppliers who will check the goods before sending.

whoever sold this to Backmarket lied about it working correctly. apparently, the buds have a known battery issue when you take them out of the case they lose power and disconnect from the Bluetooth. 50$ for like-new quality should have been my first sign something was wrong.
