2.9/5the phone arrived in a timely manner and was in great condition physically. sadly it came with the bootloader unlocked preventing me from using for essential tasks in day to day life. apparently it's a fixable software issue but I've never encountered something like this shopping from back market or other refurbishing sites so overall I'm quite disappointed. on top of this the return process has been drawn out and I will probably end up selling it on my own. 2/5
