I purchased the item in "good" condition, but when the item was received I was pretty disappointed. The body was heavily scratched. You could tell that the phone had been dropped many times without a case. The phone was not refurbished compared to their standards. Dust and debris were stuck in the speakers and charging port. I had to clean it out myself. BackMarket made the returns process very easy. Just avoid the 3rd party Pegasus Mobile

Phone looked brand new when I got it. From just looking at it, you could never tell it is a refurbished product. So glad I found this site........this is the 2nd phone I've ordered from yall and have had great luck with both of them. All in all, I'd rate this transaction a solid 10, phone arrived quickly and looked brand new, I couldn't ask for anything more.

I am quite pleased with my purchase of a refurbished Google Pixel 7 Pro from Back Market. It seems to be in excellent condition and so far everything is working properly.

I ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro 256GB - White - Unlocked in Excellent grade. The phone arrived packaged pretty well. I will say from what I can observe the phone is indeed in excellent condition. Only some very minimal scratches on the camera bar. The screen is nearly mint. I don't know how healthy the battery is, and will continue to monitor it's health and behavior with Accubattery but initial behavior seems good.

Reasonable price for a renewed Google Pixel 7 Pro 256GB. Overall the phone (Good/Excellent) condition, was functional. Exterior, tiny chip on frame/ very light (two) scratches on display. Phone is fast without overheating; kept the phone rather than return; more concerned with having a good battery or overheating issues. Great experience.

After receiving an underwhelming Pixel 7 from a different refurbished, I tried again and received an excellent one. It's like new. Works and looks perfect.

I like my Google 7 pro phone especially compared to my old phone which only had Android 11 on it. this one went up to 15 and I like the features on the pixel 7 pro The only thing I wished is I would be able to get the phone in blue then the white that I ended up getting.

so unlike my other pixels, I had some difficulty assigning my sim. other than that, the phone is working phenomenally. the battery power is nice, I really appreciate adding a charger cord to the phone. Bluetooth works fantastically. it is what I want from a Google pixel! I recommend people buying this or the next pro, and using back door in general. package actually came early which was really cool.

Coming from a Pixel 4a and upgrading to a 7 Pro is a very solid upgrade for me. I had never before purchased a refurbished smartphone, and so I was apprehensive even with a recommendation from a colleague. But I'm very pleased with this purchase and with the money that I saved! The battery life is amazing and I wouldn't know it was not a brand new battery. It lasts for ages compared to my old phone's battery that got wore out. I barely remember that it is a refurbished phone. This is a blessing!
