1/5Didn't pair to bluetooth, scuff marks on the case... couldn't get a replacement. Originally purchased as a "hot deal" or whatever, then when it came time to replace my item, the seller was out. Except the seller wasn't out, they were just charging $50 more two weeks after I initially paid for their product and waited around for a delivery which is a whole other sidebar. Customer service was poor, except providing me with the details to return my unusable ear buds.
