Customer reviews for Refurbished GoPro devices

I've been using my GoPro 10 for about a week and I love it. Came with original storage case, 1 charging cable, 1 battery (already inside the camera), stickers, manual and 1 glue stick mount. I love the performance and the condition is good so far. however, one downside I noticed is that the battery cover opens way too tight, I'm not sure how it goes on original one. Also having doubts about camera's waterproof ability, since it was refurbished, but I have no way to contact seller about my concern.

The device is like new! It works really well and has very few signs of previous use. I had read reviews saying it didn't come with a battery but mine came with both battery and case, so I was very pleased because now I have 3 batteries for mine after purchasing 2 on Amazon. Really happy with my purchase!

Literally just the camera. Had to buy a charging cable and SD card. Plan on returning and getting a new one in the box at the same price

Item never received. They sent me the tracking number to a dress for an Indian woman and I have yet to receive a refund and I ordered it on November 13th, 2024. I just want my refund sent back to me in full so I can purchase something else. I already filed 2 complaints with BBB

The GoPro camera is not turning on even after charging it for a long time. I’m so disappointed. How do I return. Robert.

I paid $300 for a GoPro that costs $400 new. After less than 10h of utilization it started leaking water. I did not realize it at first so I blamed it on the battery, which I replaced. When I confirmed the problem was actually a leak, I had owned the GoPro for a bit more than 1 year (I just use it to snorkle a couple hours during my vacations) and Back Market said the best they could do was to give me 5% on my next purchase. I will never purchase from them again. If you purchase from Back Market, assume what you buy will stop working shortly after the warranty expires and ask yourself if 1 year of usage justifies the ~25% drop in price compared to a new one. For me it clearly does not.
