What a surprise that all that storage is in such a small space, about the size of a cell phone! Super easy connection and copying. It took care of my migration very efficiently with plenty of room to spare. Thoroughly delighted!

I like the instant compatibility with my MacBook Pro however I wish this hard drive was compatible with all Apple products.

I honestly thought it was going to be used but I think it was brand new. It was in its original packaging (slightly bent package) but it was factory sealed. It works perfectly and I have no issues with it so far! So happy with my purchase

Back Market shipped my device to an industrial address, they refused to provide to me with the address, to allow me to retrieve my package on the date of delivery. My package was signed for by a J. NUNEZ at a service dock. I live in a residential home and my residential delivery address does not have a service dock. I do not know nor have I ever known a J. NUNEZ my entire life - it is impossible for a J Nunez to sign for a package at my residential home address. Back Market pretended to investigate my complaint indicating my package was never delivered to on my property. I contacted FedEx to file a complaint of loss package, but when I provided my delivery address,, FedEx indicated that is not the address they received from the seller. This prevented me from filling a complaint because the address Back Market provided to FedEx is different from my residential delivery address I provided and documented on my invoice. Back Market indicated they processed a refund for my purchase, I never received the refund of the item and it is without saying I never received the device I purchased because they delivered it to J. NUNEZ at a service dock.

My order was confirmed immediately and the package arrived in a couple days. Since I didn’t realize I needed to change the formatting, my first transfer stalled. Then I tried erasing the drive and formatting for Mac. I’ve been making speedy transfers ever since. I’ve never had a bad experience with Backmarket.
