<<Back Market hasn't disappointed yet. To replace my good old Chromie friend (Lenovo C330) I wanted a '14 inch touchscreen Chromebook so I can study my Japanese Kanji, ideally one with a back lit keyboard and 8GB of RAM. After searching around the web, this HP Chromebook X360 was the best deal on the market. She was in acceptable condition and the battery life gets the job done for an older laptop this powerful. I will be keeping her. I was not expecting the device to have a web cam but it indeed does have a front facing camera which works well. This is my third device from Back Market and they have once again exceeded my expectations.

Had been looking into getting a Chromebook for some time and couldn't be happier with the decision to make the purchase through Back Market. I was able to find a Chromebook with the specs I wanted for an incredible price. I will definitely be looking at Back Market for any future electronic purchases.

great. a few scratches on the ports but that’s literally the only issue i’ve seen. works like a charm, stays charged for what feels like forever, and perfect for what i needed it for. after looking at the reviews i wasn’t feeling very great about my purchase, and i know some people weren’t very lucky with their arrivals, but mine was much better than i was hoping for.

I this is my second HP Chromebook from Back Market. It was for my wife. We had an Acer Chromebook and the battery shot craps. We looked at battery prices and compare the HP on Back Market. Went with the HP, better value. She is extremely pleased...it is pristine. The Acer will be given to the Goodwill for their computer repair program.

I am extremely happy with my refurbished HP Chromebook which was in excellent condition! Delivery was fast and it arrived safely. I've never owned a Chromebook but I'm getting the hang of it. BackMarket will be my go-to for other devices going forward. Thank you!

Overall love the Chromebook. Has a fingerprint reader Lightweight runs applications well. For what I purchased it for it work great. Battery life isn’t bad as long as you not using excessive apps and all that but as far as I can tell it works great love it better than I expected. I use it to write and study so for that it works great tablet style works well the touchscreen is great as well for easy clicking rather than using keypad.

some of the keys were very sticky on arrival. I was able to unstick them myself, but not what I'd expect from a refurbished product in "excellent" condition. The battery also seems to be working ok, but it's very unreliable about predicting how much time is remaining.

The HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE arrived just 3 days after ordering, which was fantastic. It seems to run as expected and the battery life is good. The only qualm I have is the condition. I selected "Excellent" condition but the one I received has ink stains and bite marks on the sides of the cover. I'm not too upset because the main thing - the screen - is in perfect condition and I didn't pay a lot at all, but I feel like this particular one should have been classified as "Good."
