    The good news is the HP EliteDesk was delivered in great condition and fired right up. The only issue is the old Acer has Windows 11 and the refurbed has Windows 10 and Generation 6 processor which won't allow an 11 upgrade. I'm stuck and need help. Old Acer is fading fast.     The order process was all right, but the estimated ship could have been more accurate along the way so that I could make a good decision if the purchased would arrive in time. As it turned out, we received the purchase today and I couldn't be happier. Thanks David

    When I first booted it up, it was Windows 10. I was a little confused because the description said Windows 11. But as I was setting it up, it did give an option to upgrade to Win 11. The upgrade went fine, and the system is working fine. Activated and upgraded with no problem. It is fast, small and compact. A really nice system. I highly recommend.

    The delivery time was a little slower than expected but within limits of the shipping method selected. Packing was good and the computer arrived in good condition. The system had more RAM than advertised. A pleasant surprise. I've already added two 16GB sticks, a GTX A2000, and a 1TB NVME which makes it run even better. If this system is considered "Very good", I can't imagine what "Excellent" condition would be. Inside and out, it was clean and no cosmetic flaws. I'm very happy with the purchase.

    The photo clearly shows an HDMI port but it arrived with a VGA one instead, causing me to scramble up a different cable connection than expected. Also noteworthy is that the description implies wifi is built in, but instead a wifi USB plug was included. I don't really mind and I'm glad they knew to provide it, but it's not quite what I had expected. Shipping was fast with good packaging and it booted up nicely with a clean Windows 10 install.

    The computer is great, but the DVD drive doesn't work. But, TekRefurbs (the seller) did a great job of replacing the internal drive with an external DVD drive. They shipped a new one very quickly. It's all good now.

    Have been using this for a week now. It's been great. I bought a monitor from Amazon to go with it. My problem at first was that the monitor came with an HDMI connection, however this CPU uses a different HDMI?? I think it's the older one. It's shaped different. So the connection that came with my monitor could not work. Bought a VGA because both had it and the monitor looked blurry after. Had to get another connection. Which is VGA to the older HDMI that the CPU has. It was a hassle. Once that settled everything ran smoothly. No hiccups. Amazing! Contemplating ordering another CPU from

    For the savings involved it's fairly amazing......as far as functionality this unit operates as if new and this particular model is fairly bullet proof in operation (as in it takes whatever this compuidiot throws at it!)
