PC appeared new. I could see no evidence that it was used or reconditioned. It had everything on it that I needed at a great price. It is operating perfectly. Completely satisfied with purchase and Back Market.

This HP elitedesk 800 g4 allowed me to upgrade my current system to support windows 11, on a budget. So happy. It shipped on-time and arrived as described. The i5 processor (3 GHz) is more than capable for everyday computing tasks, including web browsing, Microsoft Office, media streaming. It boots up quickly and handles multiple applications without lag. it’s perfect for productivity and home office use. Being a business-class machine, the build quality is excellent—sturdy, reliable, and clearly made to last.

So far, this has been exactly the upgrade I was looking for! While I had an issue with thee first order, it was remedied quickly and I was able to get the item I wanted. Fast, efficient, and helpful!

I love my HP Envy TE01-0150XT Core i7 3.0 GHz - SSD 1000 GB RAM 32GB. This PC is better than expected. Performance is up their with gaming machines. I had used a HP Envy before and loved the performance. I saw this one and had to have it. Great for business use, gaming and anything you can or want to do with a PC. The PC arrived in factory packaging, in pristine condition and to my surprise had a wired keyboard and mouse in the box. I simply plugged it all in and connected to my monitors and voila! I have since updated the PC to Windows 11 which enhanced the performance/ I love having 32GB of memory and i7 fast 3.0 GHz processor. I highly recommend this pc to anyone on a budget but wants high end performance. Frankly I cant believe this is a refurbished pc.

Over all it was good. Had a minor issue when using the built in display port ports vs the T1000. The issue was the system not not coming out of suspend. Second issue not yet resolved is I have not been able to connect any Bluetooth devices. Not sure the issue yet but it is not working. Have not completed checking the bios or any connections there may be to an antenna. Have not contacted support.

overall, great experience purchasing this item . the packaging was great! however The description of this item was not very thorough. many HP mini PCS like this one come in two different variants with higher or lower wattage. this model comes in a 35 W version and a 65 W version. I received a 65 W version. there might be a way to look up the processor and reverse engineer the wattage that way but I can't be sure about that without doing more research. I would much rather have received the 35 W version because the 65 W version is not compatible with the Nvidia GPU upgrade. it also consumes much more electricity. I'm not sure whether or not to keep it. I could find a use for it but it isn't ideal for the intended use for which I purchased it.

fast shipping and fulfillment speed. works and looks like brand new. never buying new tech again! works fast and great specs. doesnt take up too much space. would reccomend getting speakers as the built ins are not too loud but it still works as intended. only thing to note is this does not come with an HDMI port however it is customizable, and you can replace the port with hdmi for about 15$ or just buy an adapter/cord.

says refurbished but I would’ve thought the PC was brand new if the box didn’t say so. Perfectly clean, also scratch and dent free. I’ve had the PC for months now and so far it’s run every game I’ve thrown at it running at 1080p 80-100+fps depending on the game.

Solid Pc with some good upgradeability at a reasonable price.

So far so good The only thing is it came with windows 10 and I thought it would be 11. But that’s not a big deal.
