My printer works great and seems brand new! It even came with some ink (just a sample maybe, like 1/4 full of each color and black cartridges)! I love Back Market, they are my go to hookup for great electronics without adding more e waste to the world.

worls well however the description says color and it is definitely just a monochrome printer. was bummed about that.

I bought a Printer from the seller, got a 4100 Series Deskjet , the scanner glass had a crack on it and piece of the glass came out and the document feeder isn't working

The first three emojis on this screen send me to the support system, which is the subject of my complaint. So "Tell us how you really feel" only works if you feel good! If, like me, you are unhappy it simply fuels the fire. My first BackMarket purchase was great. The second had a week of frustration and was ultimately resolved with a replacement product. My third tells me Back Market is a great idea, relying on less-than-ideal re-sellers that BackMarket cannot service. So sad. If you can resolve my outstanding ticket

The printer is used but not renewed and not in good operating condition. I was unable to wifi link it to my work computer and used a cord instead. It only prints in black and white, no color. It arrived with black ink and no other colors. I purchased additional ink. It did not work as expected and I am in the process of returning it. While I will continue to buy cell phones from back market, I will not and do not reccomend buying a printer from them.

I love it. It was easy to set up and use.
