The delivery time was a little slower than expected but within limits of the shipping method selected. Packing was good and the computer arrived in good condition. The system had more RAM than advertised. A pleasant surprise. I've already added two 16GB sticks, a GTX A2000, and a 1TB NVME which makes it run even better. If this system is considered "Very good", I can't imagine what "Excellent" condition would be. Inside and out, it was clean and no cosmetic flaws. I'm very happy with the purchase.

The computer itself is great. Nice parts on the inside. The monitor arrived with small crack on back, but they sent pre paid label to send back for exchange quickly. Costumer service was helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. Overall happy and would definitely recommend using Back Market to others.

Mouse isn't very responsive. Will drop internet after just a few minutes of connectivity. When we tried to reconnect, it would say "can't connect to this network" despite having two other computers, multiple smart devices, and 4 phones all connected to the same network without issue. Restarting allows it to connect to the internet, but it drops again and we are back to the beginning. Monitor doesn't look like the pictures, works fine but looks like the ones I used in my college computer lab in 2002.

The desktop computer had a hardware problem we couldn't resolve with the help of DCD tech support, so I packed it up and returned it to DCD. (Keep your shipping materials until you know for sure the computer is right for you.) The same day I shipped the computer back, they shipped a new replacement computer. The replacement computer is perfect! My son uses it for distance learning and light gaming. Thank you for the great customer service!

Wasn't a big fan that the computer did not come with a wifi adapter. Most computers now a days have a wifi adapter. I was however happy that when I reached out to customer service, they said that they would be sending a wifi adapter for me to use as a courtesy.
