At first I was concerned about getting a refurbished phone. And even after I received it I was skeptical. But I’m completely satisfied, the battery life is great, no damage or scratches except for a chip at the very bottom, but it’s pretty small. Next time I get a phone I could see myself buying from here again.

Really happy with this purchase a year later. Phone was/is in great shape. It came with a 93% battery health when it was supposed to be new, but the phone operated so well it wasn’t worth complaining. Battery is still at 92% today. I would recommend this seller.

It definitely is a deal. Even though I ordered good condition, it could pass as excellent. All scratches are on the sides and the corners of the back side, which can easily be covered with the right casing, which I normally use. The device also arrived with 100% battery health and 256 GB as promised. I have also been using the device with ios 17 for at least a month now, and everything is running smoothly. I also don't have to charge in the middle of the day. I chose free delivery and it went well.I am very happy with the device.

Very much enjoyed the whole process of ordering, paying, receiving and using my iphone through BackMarket. The phone was like new and has worked perfectly. This was a really great purchase! It was in great condition, and the battery was new as advertised. Really great alternative to purchasing the 1000+ dollar phones that are coming out now. 10/10 would recommend!! Just make sure that you are paying for the best condition, really great!

The phone is awesome. Going from an iPhone 7 to a 12 has been a little bit of a learning curve (especially since I'm a senior citizen) but I have no complaints on my purchase. It is everything promised & I couldn't be happier. Thank you Black Market!

I ordered for the first time on Back Market, recommended by my kids. I couldn't be more pleased. The transaction went smoothly, the phone was in immaculate condition, and worked perfectly! It also had a screen protector already put on, for which I was so grateful, as I bumped my phone before receiving a protector for it, and the screen protector saved my phone screen! Very pleased with my iPhone SE. Extra good value with a brand new battery, since a failing battery is what causes me to replace my phone. Everything in the phone works well. I was a little concerned about getting “good” condition but the phone screen was perfect and the only signs of wear were tiny scratches along the bottom back edges which I had to look closely to see and are covered by my case. I am convinced to use Back Market for any future tech replacements!
