The iPad came in great condition and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. It even came with a stylus, screen protector, and case. At first I had trouble with downloading apps because the iPad 4th generation is not supported for iOS anymore. There is a workaround to it though. You have to sign into your Apple ID on a device still supported on the latest version of iOS and the iPad 4th generation, then you have to download the app on the device still supported. After you download it you should be able to go into your download history on the iPad 4th generation and install the latest compatible version of the app. I would recommend this device for simple tasks. 👍

Very great site! My ipads came in excellent condition. I was nervous at first but so happy. My only issue is it took me forever to find how to leave a review for backmarket. But that is great criticism.

I got a beautiful 32GB iPad! The listing said 16GB but I'm not complaining. I missed the old iOS and I am really pleased with my item. I will be using it to read grad school textbooks so hopefully all will go well!

Item was password locked with a corporate Icloud account attached to it. Luckily my son knows how to get passed it and we were able to unlock it but others might not be able too. The machine was in great condition and it works fine.

It arrived a few days later than expected, but other than that, I am very impressed with the product. It works perfectly, was factory reset, charged, and ready to set up upon arrival. There were some sticky bits and light scratches on the back, but for the "fair" quality, that was nothing. It came very securely packaged, which I appreciated. A lot of apps aren't compatible with it, and it crashes here and there, but I'm fairly certain that is just because of the age of the device. Very satisfied! Thank you!

My experience with BackMarket was exceptional. The iPad was in "mint" (like new) condition and included a very nice black leather case, screen protector, and a new Amazon Basics lighting cable and charger. My purchase came with a one-year warranty, and I received everything for a good and fair price. I will definitely be buying more stuff from this excellent company!

This is the third purchase I’ve made from back market it’s always a pleasant experience. Device made it was in amazing condition. Fast shipping. I have some complaints about the device itself but that’s not back markets fault. I didn’t research the device capabilities. Im always very pleased with back market 😊

The delivery service and timing were excellent and the machine well, not so good. When I received the unit I tried to logon to the unit by accessing my apple account but I was told there were too many apple id's and to logoff some. The problem is none of the devices listed were mine. I never even saw the home screen because I was unable to continue past the too many devices screen. The follow up to my inquiry to poor at best. I know how to logon to my apple account, but I can't logoff one of your apple accounts. Whoever was following up on this did not read or understand and responses were delayed, not relevant and redundant. Not a good experience. Jim in Long Beach CA.
